Had the pleasure to review our mockup recently for 29 Jay Street, Brooklyn with the design leads Tim Fryatt and Clara Goitia from MARVEL. Clara was kind enough to be our model to show the scale of the facade design. The white caulk is only for the performance mockup, the final design will be limestone color.
