601 Washington Ave

601 Washington Ave is a major rehabilitation project in Miami’s historic South Beach. The seven-story tower is predominantly a hotel which also includes two floors of retail space and restaurants. The building’s scalloped glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) façade references the neighborhood’s Art Deco landmarks while bringing a fresh, contemporary design to the landscape.

Construction is scheduled to compete in 2020.
